On receipt of payment

Sponsor receives the contest launch pack, customizable invitation and announcement templates, and prize logistics.

Two weeks and one week before launch

Sponsor sends invitation templates to build excitement and drive registration ahead of launch.

Launch day

The registration link opens. The first ten users to register receive Simulcation pens.

Weeks 1 to 9

Participation updates and leaderboard snapshots keep the contest moving, with weekly prize moments for top performers.

Week 10

The final leaderboard winner receives the trophy, polo shirt and gift certificate.
